Welcome to The Avenue!!
The Avenue is the student ministry of Indiana Avenue Baptist Church. I hope you have a good time looking around our website and finding out more information about our student ministry. We want to create an environment where teenagers feel comfortable and can learn life lessons by looking to the Bible and Jesus for answers. We hope you take the opportunity to come and join us and be a part of the exciting things that are going on here at The Avenue.
Following are some of our weekly activities. If you are new to Indiana Avenue then getting involved in our weekly activities is a great way to have fun, meet people and learn about our committment to ministry.
Sunday Mornings at The Avenue is a great place to meet new friends and find out where your particular talents can be a part of The Avenue's student ministry. We meet every Sunday for worship and study of the word of God where we present students with resources, challenges and answers for their lives through the Bible.
Youth meet at the north campus for 9:30 Sunday morning. The IABC people mover will trasnport to the south campus (9507 Indiana Ave.) any students wanting to attend the 10:50 worship service. Parents can meet or pick up students at either campus.
9:30am every Sunday morning at the North Campus (8315 Indiana Ave.)
D-Teams is short for Discipleship Teams. This is a time where teenagers can come together, hang out and grow as disciples of Christ through the study of the Bible. These are smaller groups seperated by age, grade and gender.
6:30pm every Wednesday night at the North Campus (8315 Indiana Ave.)
